    Description

    Melles Griot 05-LHP-071-221 (Xerox PN 122E00752) red (633 nm) HeNe Laser, New/NOS, same tube as 05-LHP-073, new/NOS.
    Linearly polarized beam, typical output power greater than 2.5 mW.
    Tested and guaranteed.
    This is used in as the reference laser in a variety of wavemeters, FTIRs, and other precision instruments.  The difference between the specific models (071/073 and siffixes, etc.) appear to be mostly in the physical appearance/mounting with this one having a thinner bezel and a ground terminal.  See last photo.  The photons won't care, trust me. ;-)  The tube inside should be the same.
    Tested with 60 day warranty.
